Good food, service was very friendly. They have been in this location 20 years. Tiny little spot, good date night place before heading out on the town. Will probably be back.

We were on our way to a late movie and thanks to Yelp we found Uncle Wong's late night (ok, like 10pm). Even though we got there right when they were closing, they whipped up some delicious potstickers and fresh mu shu pork. The pancakes were so fresh... That was the best part. Fresh and in a steamer. Cheap and satisfying meal.

I got take-out at Uncle Wong's for the first time this week and was quite satisfied. It is by no means a "gourmet" Chinese restaurant, but the General Tsou's chicken I got was absolutely fantastic and I've been craving it ever since. The price is decent and the portions are average, but I was extremely satisfied with the flavor.I give it 3.5/5 stars and will definitely return in the future!

Ordered everything no msg: Mongolian beef & bbq pork fried rice. The beef was really good with a nice selection of veggies with it instead of just green onions, but the fried rice wasn't quite as flavorful as I'd like. We've ordered the same from Royal Palace (delivery) - I think Wong's has the better beef, but loses to Royal Palace on the fried rice.Service was fast and friendly.

Uncle Wongs use to be my favorite spot to get Chinese food. What happen? I think when you go somewhere on a ongoing bases the food should remain the same good. Unfortunetly that is not the case with Wongs. Last time and I mean the last time I will eat there . I will say this it seems they put old food on the bottom of the take out boxes all crunchy rice and one scoop of fresh on the top also the noodles, soggy, gross disgusting avoid this place I do now.

Short version: Common run-of-the-mill Chinese, prefaced that I've only ever gotten take out.So I live practically above this restaurant, and when I first moved in I figured I needed to try it. Since then I've gotten take out from them about 6 times, and every time the food is exactly the same: boring. This place is pretty much the stereotype of how to describe the food from a Chinese restaurant. Nearly everything tastes exactly the same, regardless of meat, sauce, vegetable, or spicing. My chicken should not taste like my shrimp, which should not taste like my beef. Furthermore, it's all just sorta overcooked, over-fried, and over-greased into oblivion. That's just plain tragic. On the plus side, at least it's consistent in it's mediocrity, and the prices are cheap.Weirdly, the place has signing and clipping up all over about how they were award winning in the 90's, and I'm baffled as to how that's even remotely possible. Times change, I suppose.Honestly, I would never dare offer up this place as an option to visitors or friends. It's the place I go to when I can't even be bothered to walk 3 blocks to Sawad Dee Thai.

Can't go wrong here! There's something for everybody, some great off-menu items, the food is all top quality (with at least a few gems you don't see everywhere else), the house specials are superb, and the wait staff is always friendly and fast. It's pretty much impossible to do any better, and far too easy to do a heck of a lot worse. Customers for life!

Uncle Wong's family restaurant is incredible. Over the years their food has remained consistently excellent, they go out of their way to make customer's happy and they maintain a sense of warmth. Katy will come to the table directly and ensure that you are satisfied with everything, her husband's cooking is unmatchable. Their children are there when possible. They all make you feel welcome and special on every time you go there, whether it's to eat in or take the food out. You'll never eat anywhere else once you've tried them!
