Like the lettuce wrap definitely. Sometimes it is too crowded during hh. Staff are nice. Nice location, garage parking. More ventilation needed so that the Chinese food does not stick on your clothes after leaving the restaurant.

I remember loving my visits to PF Changs back in the day (say, 5-10 years ago). I thought it would be fun to bring the family on a Monday night. Things have changed. Because we had our kids with us, we were concerned about how long it would take to bring the food. They get antsy. It took 45 minutes from the time we ordered 'til the food was delivered. The restaurant was at 10% capacity. When we requested that the kids' rice come out first, the server looked totally confused and then brought out plain white rice rather than the fried rice kid's meals we had requested. How long does it take to prepare fried rice? Our drink orders came out wrong twice. We ordered the perennial favorites at PF Changs and none were good. The ribs were undercooked. The main dishes were all overcooked, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes.I am sad that this place has deteriorated in service level and food quality. For the price & service, the better value and experience is certainly our local Chinese food restaurant, not PF Changs.

IF YOU WANT REAL ASIAN/CHINESE CUISINE, GO TO MING'S CHINESE RESTAURANT @ Pleasant Hill. The owner greets you & is there at all times. The first time I came to this WC restaurant food was yuck along with poor customer service. I've only eaten at one other PF Chang's in my life because this restaurant is just a sorry place for Chinese food. So I thought I'd try going here again & now at WC. This restaurant was just awful in food & service. Told myself I would never go back & I did after 9 months....So here is the update: under new management you'd think service & food would have changed. IT STILL SUCKED! I don't know what it is but there is something wrong with this restaurant. Unfortunately this is the nearest restaurant people at the Creek will get to a Chinese food.I tried their Pad Thai & but this did not taste anything like Pad Thai more like dry noodles with a sprinkle of peanut on top to make it even drier. Now off to Mongolian Beef...WTF was this?!?! It was so sweet & watery I didn't know what to think of it.I understand this restaurant is catering to those who like Asian cuisine but Americanized but heck...this isn't even Americanized to any American standard just plain poor cooking & management!Oh & don't even get me started with the hosts. They lack the ability to say hi to customer and just be friendly when you walk-in. They are so damn snotty thinking they have the best job in the world. Eff! You work at PF Chang & to make it worst, it sucks there. At least have a friendly appearance to make up for the rest of the other things that aren't up to par with this restaurant.Hate this restaurant!

We decided to use our P.F. Chang's Gift Card for dinner on a Friday night. While we waited for our table, I enjoyed a "COCONUT LEMON SOUR" (Pearl Coconut Vodka, coconut water and fresh lemon juice) - YUM! Wow, this cocktail was outstanding! Delicious. Hubby has the "ORGANIC AGAVE MARGARITA" (Patrón Silver Tequila and Organic Agave Nectar shaken with fresh lime juice), which was very good, as well. Props to the bartender. We started with CHANG'S CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS: these are always pretty tasty - fresh & crispy. We also had the CRAB WONTONS, which were just "OK", some of them had a pool of orangey-colored grease inside of them -which wasn't very appetizing.I'm not sure what was up, but our server was definitely pushing the "P.F. Chang's for Two" -which we didn't really want, but we gave in to the hard-sell, just so we could move on... We selected our two ENTRÉES: MONGOLIAN BEEF and KUNG PAO SHRIMP.After what seemed like 30 minutes, our cup of soup finally arrived - ROOM-TEMP!?... we had to flag someone down and let them know our soup was cold -they did NOT seem surprised at all, in fact it appeared that they might have known this beforehand. Finally, after about another 10 -15 minutes, they brought out a warmer cup of HOT & SOUR SOUP.The HOT & SOUR SOUP was SOOO unbelievably dark and SALTY, it was almost inedible. I could literally feel my blood pressure rising from all of the sodium. According to their Nutritional info: 1,440mg of sodium per cup. We couldn't finish our soup, due to the saltiness - and we both could feel our tongues tingling, and going numb from the sodium. The Women's Restroom was DISGUSTING! Wet urine on the floor next to the toilet, crumpled paper towels littering the floor and sink, water all over the sink, trash bin overflowing with used paper towels, water splashed on the mirror, water all over the floor - and smelly, to boot! This is unacceptable.SALT-LICK, anyone?? The MONGOLIAN BEEF (2,700mg sodium, for the whole dish) and KUNG PAO SHRIMP (2,610mg sodium, for the whole dish) both had a very similar taste - and were both EXTREMELY salty. The brown rice was just 'OK'. Couldn't eat it all, and ending up wasting half of it, because it was so salty. As part of the P.F. Chang's for Two - we had the Red Velvet Cake & Tiramisu - a server comped us a Chocolate Torte, I assume for our lonnnng waits. The Tiramisu was like eating a bowl of Cool Whip, the Chocolate Torte was super chocolately & dense, just 'ok', and the Red Velvet Cake was actually - wait for it.... SALTY?! Nothing like some salty cake after your salty soup, and salty dinner... eeek. We tried a couple of bites of each, trying to counteract the sodium, but it didn't help.We both felt SO sodium-bloated and sick to our stomachs after eating here. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back any time soon, maybe for a cocktail and lettuce wraps. Too bad, because I think with some simple recipe-tweeking, they could make their dishes so much more appealing - with a lot less salt!Pro's: Ambiance, music, cocktails, lively, cleanliness, accommodating service / Con's: long waits, cold food, dirty restrooms, SALT, SALT, more SALT - If you love SALTY food - this place is for you!

It's gone downhill. We used to frequent this location, mostly for takeout. In any case, the customer service from our most recent visit was awful.Jamie, our server, was absolutely rude. One of our friends at the table referred to Jamie as a "Jekyll and Hyde." One minute she'd come over and be somewhat helpful and the next she was glaring at me and giving me attitude when I asked questions about the menu. I gave her the benefit of the doubt in my head on a couple of questions and then just realized that she needs to be talked to about her attitude. Seriously, PF Changs should take a hard look at who they have working because a server like that is not gonna encourage repeat business.

Food is good but horrible service at the bar area. Our server never even asked if we needed anything or even checked in. I had to ask and hunt down our server. I don't even think we had a server. I had to ask the manager 3 different times for help. I'm pretty sure that is a sign when you have to ask the manager for help that the service isn't that great. Had To ask for the bill after we had been done for over 15minutes. Like I said food good but not good service. FYI the girl bartender was nice though

I've only been to one other P.F. Chang's (in Portland), so my visit here on January 1st was a bit of a first impression one for me. The food's pretty expensive, but they have a more reasonably priced lunch menu that has portions of just the right size. The food came FAST, but my sweet and sour chicken was rather bland.I came here with a group of 5, so I can't say that this place is good for groups. They can accommodate groups and, like I mentioned earlier in this review, our food came out fast. However, they forgot the rice on my sweet and sour chicken (they fixed that very quickly though). They also aren't that good with separate checks, which I don't blame them for, but I've been to restaurants that were better when dealing with them.Long story short, this isn't the best Chinese restaurant I've been too. If you want Chinese food, I'd say you're better off sticking with the local Chinese restaurants.
