         Canton Inn has had most of the Chinese food business in town for more than twenty 

years.Throughout the years, Canton Inn's tenet was "small profits but quick turnover", 

which has won support from many of their guests. Mrs. Wong, the owner, is grateful to 

them. The most popular food of Canton Inn is the Cashew Chicken, with three awards

 in the local gastronomical competition. The chef, Mr. Wong, learned how to make 

authentic Cashew Chicken from the originator and made further improvements upon it 

according the tastes of the local people.  Speed is Mrs. Wong's main concern for their 

takeout service. Because of this, it is rare for their customers to have to wait for takeout 

orders.
