The first time that I had the Veg Broccoli Beef I had to ask if it was real beef or not--it is THAT GOOD!The staff is fast and friendly. And the lunch buffet looks great. I would partake if I were not vegan. I've tried other restaurants in the area but always come back to Uncle Chen!
