The one great thing about this place is the staff- the two ladies I spoke to were extremely friendly. However, the chow fun was decent at best, the beef noodle soup tasted sub-par, and the dumplings were plain disgusting. I'm not sure if the problem was the dishes we chose, but the menu was overwhelming and we stuck to what we knew. We started feeling pretty nasty right after we ate- nothing like food poisoning, just an overload from grease and crappy ingredients. I am definitely not a fan of Americanized Chinese food and I had heard really great things about Joe's Noodle House as being a good place to go for authentic Chinese, but I was sorely disappointed. The next time I feel like going out for Chinese I am going to head right across the street to A&J's because it's 10 times better and somehow less expensive than Joe's Noodle House.?
