BASED SOLELY ON MY DELIVERY EXPERIENCE:After reading these reviews, I was hesitant to even try this place, but it's the ONLY Chinese delivery even close to my apt.a) I ordered on Eat24 (first times for everything). It was simple and convenient. Subsequently, I don't know what it's like to phone order with them.b) I received my ordered in 30 mins.c) Ordered shrimp chow mein and kung pao chicken. Both are delicious! The chow mein is a bit greasy, but...overall good. The chicken had the perfect kick and I could have adjusted the spiciness to my preference (or so Eat24 says).d) I am a bit surprised it did not come with a complimentary side of rice like most places do, but it was cheap so I'm not really bothered.I would order there again. I see that the more recent 2013 reviews seem to be positive so I'm hoping that they keep consistent when I order next time.

Easy and cheap! The quality seems fine (havent had anything questionable yet!).The last time I ordered delivery it took them over an hour and a half but eh, it happens. This was my only problem w/ Point Dume.

I've been ordering Point Dume delivery for years. It's always been pretty good cheap Chinese. But... lately they changed the game. The quality has gone up big time. They also have Pho now, it's huge but not great. Maybe it just doesn't hold up for delivery.

Worst chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. Went in today for lunch. Watery soup. Bland disgusting plasticky food that tasted like they make huge batches of everything once a week and then microwave it when necessary. The worst chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. As I sit here and write this review, I feel vomit coming up. So gross. So disappointing. So disgraceful to food, chinese people, people who eat chinese food, people who eat regular food, and animals that died needlessly only to be turned into inedible garbage. You should be ashamed of yourselves serving that crap. Do you have absolutely no respect for food quality? You can't! You can't possibly have any respect for anything culinary if you decided to serve what could have been the remnants of a colostomy bag. Ugh. Save your money, and go to the noodle place in the same strip mall.

I ate the lunch buffet here. There is no way any of that food is at or near 140 degrees, which is what it should be for food safety reasons. I will not eat anything from this place again, and urge you all to be very careful.

We came to Point Dume because we had come for Moon Lek next door, which to our dismay seems to be indefinitely closed. We were hungry and disheartened, and thus our judgments were weakened. We got the lunch buffet here, and though at first the greasiness seemed 'hearty', after a while it became unbearable. The lesson we learned is to not compromise our standards even when hungry... Or maybe, it's that we need to do research to find out if the place we want to go to is even going to be open before driving all the way out to it... Or maybe that $7 lunch buffets in strip malls at 2 PM are going to be meh... or something.

I tried sooooo hard to like this place. My Chinese half was begging for a new Chinese restaurant close to home that delivers (which there are practically NONE - but all the Thai food I want at least!). Sure, they may have free delivery, but in terms of delicousness, they absolutely did not deliver.I ordered a basic - Chicken Chow Mein. It wasn't horrible; I'll say it was at least halfway decent. And for the price, you do receive a lot of food. For this, I award two stars.I also ordered the Ma Poo Bean Curd, which was by far the absolute worst Chinese dish I have ever had in my entire life. EVER. It tasted like feet cooked in ginger. No joke. And I LOOOOVVVEEEE Bean Curd, I was so disappointed! Moral of the story - don't order this.Delivery was semi-fast, took about 35 minutes, so that is a redeeming quality at least. But will I ever order from this place again? Probably not, unless I have a giant craving for feet (and not the delicious chicken feet you get at dim sum).On the search for another Chinese delivery place again...

I ordered Orange Chicken, egg rolls, and an ice tea for delivery. Took 40 min to get there. No problem with time, but the food. Oh my god! This was the worst Orange Chicken dish I've ever had. All nasty dark meat with some kind of sauce that didn't taste orange at all. And why are there mushrooms?! I've never had mushrooms in my Orange Chicken. I rarely ever just toss away a meal, but this one I had too after eating a tiny bit of it. Truly disturbing tasting. Egg rolls were decent, but I'll NEVER get food from this place again. Still having nightmares about it.

Chinese food.....Sometimes a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do....so I order deliverys from here, I'm not proud but I'm still alive

I'm not sure if this review is BIASED, but I had an awful experience here.Food was horrible...The beef in our beef Fried Rice seemed like it was 2 days old, it was very chewy and dark, almost like beef jerky. The fish was at market price, but we ended up paying about $40.Aside from that, it's nasty and dirty lookin' inside. You'll walk out feeling sick.Don't even waste your time checking it out, just close your eyes and run as far away possible. They'll rob u for every dollar in your wallet. Can you imagine paying $16 for rice? You might as well bring in the sack of rice...The owner of this business is SHADY.
