I was counting on Yelpers to find me a good Chinese to eat... sadly, they steered me wrong. I ordered the Sesame chicken while my husband ordered the General Tso's. All I can remember was barely eating any of my soggy chicken. Nothing was good about it. Meeeeehhhh...sorry!

Café Chopstix is a tiny, clean place located right off of I-10. It's also a very convenient stop on my way home from yoga on those days that I have nothing planned for dinner & H is begging me to pick up something on the way home. I would've never known this place served up good eats until I happened upon a Yelp talk thread and 'Triple Spicy Chicken' caught my eye.Our first visit to CC we ate in-house. As previously mentioned the place is tiny & clean with an order counter at the back and about 20 tables nicely spaced. Always on the lookout for tofu items I noticed they also offered a Triple Spicy Tofu. Yes! I waited ever so patiently for H to decide what he wanted. He finally decided on a combination plate with Sesame Chicken and Pepper Steak. The food came out of the kitchen piping hot and oh so delicious. The tofu was cut in medium sized chunks & sautéed in the triple spicy sauce which soaked into the tofu making it pop with flavor. It was topped with raw white onion, giving it an extra zing (to-go orders do not include the chopped onions). I concentrated on my tofu and didn't pay attention to H's meal but he told me he liked the pepper steak & loved the sesame chicken. Win-win situation. One of us will drop in to pick up dinner and from what H tells me, they treat him like a king when he goes alone. The owner will fuss over him and offer free hot tea while he waits.Great service, convenient location & delicious food brings us back time & again.

The owner here knows her customers and her food comes out warm and delicious! It's not the traditional home-cooked Chinese food you might taste in Chinatown or your casa, but it's quick bites that satisfy that Chinese food craving.Quick and cheap take away for lunch or dinner. And the restaurant is clean and has ample seating for large groups!

I love some cafe Chopstix! I've worked near I-10 & the Beltway for a few years and was introduced to this place about a year ago. The other Chinese food places people here go to were eeeehh. but this place is AMAZING! I'm very picky about my Chinese Food but Cafe Chopstix makes it just the way I like it!

Good American Chinese food at very good price. I eat here weekly and always have good meal. Usually order off the Manager's Special and get Beef Broccoli or Sweet and Sour Chicken. Never disappointed. Fried rice is excellent. Very friendly atmosphere and staff.

I have been eating here ever since it opened. The food is wonderful, the prices reasonable, and the portions more than adequate. The owner is a hands-on owner that makes sure every order is right and makes her guests feel like family. The staff is friendly and cordial. Shrimp with vegetables is my favorite!
