i live within 5 chinese restaurants of walking distance. i tried dave's kitchen and i didn't really like the fried rice. it was a bit tasteless and looked unappealing. not all chinese american restaurants are the same. i went to china gourmet and got the lunch special. their pork fried rice is yellow and fresh. good beef with broccoli.they also have fried apple sticks. it's kinda like apple pie, warm and sweet but fried and resembles small french toast sticks ^_^today i went and got the vegetable egg foo young with white rice. they included a lot of broccoli in it! it was a tasty and inexpensive meal.
