Considering the absolute crap that counts as ethnic food that gets shoveled to the business crowd Uptown, i was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of Tin Tin. It's fried fresh on the grille, unlike the grease-pile nastiness served from a tub at similarly located Indian and Chinese restaurants in the area. I like the gyoza. I appreciate the care exerted by the grill master there - that dude is seriously obsessive compulsive in regards to the state of his grill and that which cooks on it. super friendly too.?
