Put in an order and it took 2 hours for them to process it and the food still never came. Then they lied and said the food was on the way when it wasn't. Then it took 15 minutes to speak to a manager. They were very rude on the phone and hung up on us. Don't ever order from here.

Order arrive way late and the sushi was pretty mediocre. We live about 2 miles away, and this time of night it should have been about a 15 minute drive. I expect a lot from places in this price range ($40) for sushi for two, so this was a disappointment.

Coming from NY, there is no way I thought Chinese would be comparable here in Bmore, but looking at it objectively, I can't complain at all. Everything tasted fresh, and they delivered on time at a more than reasonable price..However, if you're a health nut, I'd order from elsewhere...Spicy Wontons - fried in a heavy sweet and spicy sauce.Roast Pork Lo Mein - feel like you can't really mess this up.Kung Pao Chicken - by far the healthiest item ordered, and the freshest tasting. With the exception of the Spicy Wontons, I had to go generic with the other plates.. Figured I'd order from any place again if the initial experience wasn't a bad one.. so definitely worth trying again...perhaps be more adventurous as well

Overall the food was decent, but nothing special. The crab rangoon, however, was AWFUL. I rarely review restaurants but it was bad enough that I felt compelled to write.

This place only gets one star from me, because the food is very good. However the fresh, delicious sushi is completely overshadowed by terrible service.I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and ordered some lunch at around 2 p.m. I would like to say that the only reason I ordered from an unfamiliar sushi place is because their ad and menu is in the Hilton booklet. The person who answered the phone asked where I was. I said "The Hilton Garden Inn in Harbor East". He asked for the address. I couldn't locate it, so I said "I don't know it offhand, but it's the Hilton Garden Inn in Harbor East" to which he got an attitude and replied "There are a lot of hotels in Harbor East, how will I know which one it is?" I honestly thought he was joking at first. I said "IT'S THE ONE THAT SAYS HILTON GARDEN INN!" He just kept repeating that he wouldn't know which hotel it is, so I finally just went online and looked up the address myself and gave it to him. He said it would be about 45 minutes.Over an hour later, the delivery guy gets there. I give him the money and send him on his way, only to open my food and find out that it's not what I ordered. I called back and the same guy who took my order told me that the chef accidentally made a sashimi dinner instead of a sushi dinner. NO APOLOGY. So I told him I'd like for someone to bring me the food that I ordered. The guy said it'd be another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, the food finally gets there...And the delivery guy has the nerve to not only NOT apologize, but ask me for the OTHER order back!!!!! I said "I ate it" and slammed the door. He's lucky I'd already tipped him for the FIRST order.I am a Baltimore native and a huge sushi fan...And it'd never heard of this place until last weekend. No wonder. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of excellent sushi places that also have amazing service. If it's delivery you want, try Asian Harbor.

I only recommend this place if you are looking for cheap, non-specialized Chinese food. So far I've only tried the: steamed dumplings, which were good and fairly large, and tuna roll, not recommended from delivery. It is definitely nothing special, but decent for those wanting something quick and satisfying.
