	Reviewed by: Anonymous on: 2008-09-10 I ordered food that was less than $10 and they refused me stating that I had to make a mininum purchase of $10. I explained to them that it was illegal to charge a minimum and they ignored me and proceeded to take the next customer. VISA/MC rules state: Imposing minimum or maximum purchase amounts in order to accept VISA/MC transaction is a violation of the rules and is prohibited. I called VISA and MasterCard and reported this merchant to them.?
	Reviewed by: Anonymous on: 2008-08-01 Looks awful at first sight, but I've never had any problems with that carry-out chinese restaurant (you can dine in, but honnestly, nothing makes you want to). Food is good and sane. I have never been ill after eating there. And the staff from the Johns Hopkins Hospital keeps coming, so I guess I'm not the only one to think so. Probably the best place to eat in that deserted area.?
